A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser so it can recognise your browser on later visits. Cookies cannot carry viruses or run programs. We use the term for cookies and for similar storage in the browser (local storage).

This site is built as static pages without tracking. It sets only the necessary cookies listed below. Necessary cookies do not require consent under the Danish cookie rules; we still tell you about them.

Statistics cookies: none are set at present. If we add web analytics to understand how the site is used, it will only load after you have accepted statistics cookies in the cookie banner, and this page will be updated with the name, provider and lifetime of each cookie.
Marketing cookies: none. The site does not use advertising or social-media tracking.
Links to other sites: links to LinkedIn, YouTube and other websites open those sites, which set their own cookies under their own policies. We do not embed players or widgets from them on this site.
How to change your choice
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time: open Cookie settings (also in the footer of every page), or delete the cookies in your browser. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. Rejecting cookies does not limit your use of the site.
Personal data when you contact us
The contact form is sent from our web server as an e-mail to NDT; the message itself is not stored on the website. We receive what you send – typically name, company, e-mail address, country and your message – and use it to answer you and, if it leads to a project, to carry out the business relationship. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where relevant, the steps needed to enter into a contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b) and (f)). We keep correspondence for as long as the dialogue or business relationship lasts and as required by Danish bookkeeping rules. Enquiries for Switzerland may be shared with our representative Food-Ing.ch GmbH, Switzerland, and enquiries for the USA and Canada with our representative Raman Process, Canada, so that they can answer you.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for operation and security for a limited period. We do not use the logs for profiling.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Write to info@nordicdairy.dk. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk.
Legal basis for cookies
Necessary cookies are set under section 4 of the Danish Executive Order on cookies (cookiebekendtgørelsen). Any statistics or marketing cookies are set only with your consent under section 3 and the EU ePrivacy rules, and consent is documented with the date and version of your choice.
