NDT gets new owners and strengthens capital for its next phase of growth

A group of experienced businesspeople and investors acquire NDT-Nordic Dairy Technology ApS. Experienced people from both the current management and the new owners stand together behind the company’s continued development.

Silkeborg, 27 October 2026 – NDT-Nordic Dairy Technology ApS (NDT) has new owners. The company has been acquired by a group of experienced businesspeople and investors. With the change of ownership, NDT gains a strong ownership base, access to new capital, and active ownership that will accelerate the company’s growth.

NDT is a Danish engineering company that develops and supplies process equipment to produce fresh cheese – including cottage cheese, halloumi and paneer. The company is known, among other things, for its enclosed cheese vat technology, which helps dairies increase production efficiency and yield. NDT supplies both individual machines and complete process solutions to dairies in Denmark and internationally. Among other projects, NDT has been selected as the supplier of the largest cottage cheese plant in Europe to date.

The new ownership group brings together expertise in leadership, process manufacturing, commercial development, digitalization, and company building.

The change of ownership combines continuity with new industry experience. CEO Stig Victor Petersen continues in his role and joins the ownership group. Jon Fosse, who is already a co-owner, continues as R&D Director. This ensures that the knowledge that built NDT remains anchored in the company.

Former majority shareholder Morten Munk steps down from NDT following the sale to the new ownership group and is helping to ensure successful completion of the generational change at NDT.

As a new investor, Henrik Simonsen brings many years of industry experience from the process industry and joins as Chairman of the Board. Together with Jesper Kirk, who brings solid experience in commercializing and scaling businesses, they will be actively involved in NDT’s continued development.

For customers, partners, and employees, the change of ownership means no changes to day-to-day operations. NDT continues with the same solutions, the same focus areas and the same employees – now with a stronger platform.
